Open Water Diving – Terms & Conditions
Booking & Payment: Full payment is required to confirm your dive. Reservations are subject to availability.
Age & Health Requirements: Participants must be at least 10 years old. Guests with medical conditions, heart problems, respiratory issues, or other health concerns should consult a physician before diving.
Certification: Beginners may require an introductory dive session. Certified divers must present a valid diving certification card.
Equipment: Diving gear is provided. Guests are responsible for personal belongings.
Safety: All divers must follow instructor guidelines and dive safely. Life vests and other safety equipment are mandatory when required.
Weather & Cancellation: Dives may be rescheduled or canceled due to bad weather or unsafe conditions. Refunds for cancellations due to weather are at the discretion of the resort.
Responsibility: Participants dive at their own risk. The resort and instructors are not liable for injuries, accidents, or loss of personal items.
