1 Night Stay
Reservation & Payment
A deposit of 50% of the first month’s stay is required to confirm the booking.
The remaining balance must be settled before or upon arrival.
All payments are non-refundable but may be credited toward future stays upon management approval.
Rates & Inclusions
Rates are quoted on a per-room basis and include access to resort facilities.
Housekeeping is provided weekly. Additional cleaning may be arranged at extra cost.
Utilities (electricity, water, and internet) are included, subject to reasonable use. Excessive consumption may incur additional charges.
Stay Duration
The package requires a minimum stay of one month.
Early termination will forfeit any unused portion of payments.
Resort Facilities & Services
Guests enjoy full access to the pool, restaurant, bar, and common lounge areas.
Diving, courses, equipment rentals, and tours are offered at exclusive monthly rates.
Food and beverages are not included unless specified in the package.
Guests & Visitors
The accommodation is for registered guests only. Visitors must be registered at reception.
Overnight visitors are subject to approval and may incur additional charges.
Conduct & Responsibility
Guests must respect resort property, staff, and fellow guests.
Damages to property will be charged to the guest’s account.
Illegal activities, including use of prohibited substances, are strictly forbidden.
Cancellation & Force Majeure
Guest-initiated cancellations are non-refundable.
Silver Reef Dive Resort is not liable for interruptions caused by natural disasters, government restrictions, or other force majeure events.
Diving Terms (if applicable)
Guests availing diving packages must present a valid certification card.
All dives are subject to weather and safety conditions as determined by SRDR dive professionals.
